Temple Israel recognizes that its members are active, interested people with a desire to learn and grow!

Classes in beginning or conversational Hebrew are offered based on interest.
Temple Israel offers an Introduction to Judaism course, “Judaism: Roots and Rituals,” a 16-18 session series that meets on Tuesday evenings, usually from late October through early March.
Our Saturday morning “Learners’ Minyan” held monthly beginning in the fall includes a study session on the Torah portion for the week.
Discussion series have focused on theology, ethics, Jewish song. Check the Temple calendar for current sessons.
Speakers are invited to share their expertise several times a year.

Suggestions for presenters or topics are welcome! We hope you will join us in our programs of lifelong learning!
